Your debit card offers you
the convenience of checking plus the added value of safety, easy record
keeping and affordability.
Types of Transfers,
Dollar Limitations and Charges
You may access
your accounts(s) by ATM using your TYME card and personal identification
number (PIN) or Bank of Spring Valley ChekCard and personal identification number (PIN), to:
- make deposits to checking or savings account(s) with an ATM card or debit card
- there is a charge of $.50 per deposit at ATMs we do not own or operate.
- get cash withdrawals from checking or savings account(s) within an ATM card or debit card.
- you may withdraw no more than $300.00 per day.
- there is a charge of $1.00 per withdrawal at ATMs we do not own or operate.
- transfer funds from savings to checking account(s) with an ATM card or debit card.
- there is a charge of $.50 per transfer at ATMs we do not own or operate.
- transfer frunds from checking to savings accoutn(s) with an ATM card or debit card
- there is a charge of $.50 per transfer at ATMs we do not own or operate.
- get information about the account balance of your checking or savings accounts
- with an ATM card or debit card.
FEES
- We do not charge for direct deposits to any type of account.
- We do not charge for pre-authorized payments from any type of account.
- We charge $9.00 each year if your account is set up to use ATM/TYME card.
- The charge for your ChekCard (whether or not the card is used in the period) is
$15.00 per year.
- We will charge you $5.00 for a new personal identification number.
- We will charge you $10.00 to replace a lost card.
- We will charge you $10.00 if you close your account and do not surrender your
debit card(s).
- We will charge you $1.00 to choose your own personal identification number (PIN)
for ChekCard.
Some of these services may not be available at all terminals.

Types
of bank of Spring Valley ChekCard Point-Of-Sale Transactions
You may access your checking account(s) to purchase goods (in person or by
phone), pay for services (in person or by phone), get cash from a merchant, if the merchant permits, or from a
participating financial institution, and do anything that you can
do with a credit card (that a participating merchant will accept with a credit card).

Using your
card:
- you may not exceed $300.00 in transactions per day.

Currency Conversion
When you use your
Bank of Spring Valley ChekCard at a merchant that settles in currency other than U.S. dollars,
the charge will be converted into the U.S. dollar amount. The currency conversion rate used to determine the
transaction amount in U.S. dollars is either a government-mandated rate of the
wholesale market rate in effect the day before the processing date, increased by 1%.
Advisory Against Illegal Use
You agree not to use your card(s) for
illegal gambling or other illegal purpose. Display of a payment card logo by, for example,
an online merchant does not necessarily mean that transactions are lawful in all jurisdictions
in which the cardholder may be located.
Limitations on
Frequency of Transfers
In addition to those limitations on
transfers elsewhere described, if any, the following limitations apply:
- Transfers from a money market account to another account or to third parties by
preauthorized automatic, or telephone transfer are limited to six per statement
cycle with no more than three by check, draft, or similar order to third parties.
- Transfers from a savings account to another account or to third parties by
preauthorized automatic or telephone transfer are limited to nine per quarter
(and no more than six per month) with no transfers by check, debit card, or
similar order to third parties.
