Travel Cards
As of March 31, 2006 we will not be able to offer any travelers checks. We are rolling out a new product to replace them. They are called Travel Cards. A Travel Card looks just like a credit card and can be used any where a VISA card can be used. You just simply stop in the bank and let us know how much money you want to put on your card. We will load it on for you and you are off with your card. It's that simple. If you have any questions please feel free to stop in and ask.
Health Savings Accounts
We now offer Health Saving Accounts. A HSA is an account that you can put money into for medical expenses that you might have. They are designed to help individuals save for qualified medical and retiree health expenses on a tax-advantaged basis. You do need a high deductible health insurance plan to qualify for a HSA. Talk to your insurance agent about a high deductible plan and then stop in and see Sandy Thompson about opening up your HSA.
